The garage door windows are traditionally set in the top part of the door. They are fairly narrow as well. In this way, they can serve their decorative purpose without lowering the level of security of the door. Even if a potential intruder breaks one of the windows, the person will not gain access to a handle or be able to enter through the window.

Just like all garage door parts, the windows require maintenance which involves cleaning. Glass is naturally weather-resistant, but it is at a higher risk of breaking compared to wood and steel panels. Broken windows have to be replaced without delay so that the safety and security of people and property are not compromised.
